Accessories

Use this section to keep a detailed inventory of your Accessories. Here is an overview of everything included:

Toolbar: At the bottom of the screen, there is a toolbar with the following items (from left to right):

  • Archive List: view the Accessories you added to the Archive
  • Shopping List: keep track of the Accessories you need to purchase
  • Purchase Report: provides details on how much money you’ve spent on Accessories
  • Sort: sort your Accessories by Category, Manufacturer, Name, Gun it's assigned to, and Favorites. To change the default sort option, go to the “Options” section and change the settings under “Accessories: Set Sort Default”.

Top of the Screen: At the top of the screen, there 2 buttons on the right side:

  • Search: use this section to find Accessory -- you can view Accessories by Category, Manufacturer, Location, and when you last used it.
  • Add Accessories: To add a new Accessory select the “+” button (top right).

Add Accessory:

When adding new accessories, you have the option to add as much or as little information about your accessories as you want. The only required field is the name.

Accessory Photo: Tap the ‘add photo’ button to add the main photo for your Accessory. After you add the photo, a button will appear on the screen so you can add 4 additional photos.

Save a Copy of your Photos: You have the option to save a copy of your photo to your Photo Library. There are two ways to do this:

  • Option 1: After taking a photo, you will be given the option to “Save Copy to Photo Library”.
  • Option 2: when editing an accessory, tap the image, and you will be given the option to “Save Copy to Photo Library” or “Delete Photo”

Accessory Details Screen:

On the details screen, you can view all the details you added about your Accessory.

Photo: to view a full-size of the Accessory photo, tap on it. 

Edit Details: To edit your Accessory details, tap the “Edit” button (top right).

At the bottom of the Details screen, there is a toolbar with 3 buttons:

  • Delete Accessory (trash can): To delete a Accessory, tap the ‘trash’ button (bottom left).
  • Range Report (target): To view Range Reports for this Accessory, tap the ‘target’ button.
  • Action Button: The action button includes the following options:
  • Duplicate Accessory: If you have more than of the same accessory, you don’t need to add all the details again. Select the accessory you want to duplicate, then on the Accessory Details screen, tap the ‘action’ button (bottom right), then select Duplicate Accessory.
  • Move to Part List: If you have parts in the Accessories section that you want to move to the parts section, select the accessory you want to move. Once you are on the Details screen, tap the ‘action’ button (bottom right), then select Move to Parts List.
  • Move to Magazines: If you have magazines in the Accessories section that you want to move to the magazines section, select the accessory you want to move. Once you are on the Details screen, tap the ‘action’ button (bottom right), then select Move to Magazine List.
  • Move to Archive: move Accessories to the Archive that you no longer use.
  • Save Details as PDF: this will create a PDF file with the details about your Accessory that you can save to your Files.
