myArmsCache keeps those records connected, so you can review a firearm’s use and maintenance in one place.
Log Your Range Session. Keep Round Counts Current.
When you enter a Range Report, select the firearm and ammunition you used and enter the number of rounds fired.
Once you save the report, myArmsCache adds those rounds to the selected firearm and deducts them from the ammunition used. Round counts and recorded malfunctions also update for the magazines and accessories selected.
You enter the session details. The app updates the connected records.
Set a Cleaning Interval for Each Firearm
Choose a cleaning interval based on rounds fired. As you log range activity, myArmsCache tracks progress toward that interval.
When the firearm reaches its interval, it is automatically added to the Maintenance Queue.
The firearm’s details show the rounds remaining until cleaning and the date it was last cleaned. The cleaning gauge turns red when cleaning is due.
Keep a Firearm Maintenance History
Record cleanings, inspections, repairs, and other service with the firearm they belong to.
Keep track of:
- What work was performed.
- When it was completed.
- What it cost.
The Firearms List flags firearms in the maintenance queue or out for service, helping you see their status while reviewing your collection.
Review Each Firearm’s Activity
Open a firearm’s record to see its total rounds fired, last-fired date, recorded malfunctions, and associated Range Reports.
Your range history and maintenance records give you a record of both how the firearm has been used and how it has been cared for.
