What's New with myArmsCache:
Version 10
Release date: July 1, 2026
This release marks the 10th year myArmsCache has been on the App Store.
To celebrate this milestone, the app has been completely rebuilt with a modern interface, new dashboards, interactive charts, improved navigation, and better ways to view the information you’ve added.
Redesigned Home Screen
- New Home screen with a 12-month spending chart.
- View current inventory counts and recent activity for every item type.
- Customize the Home layout to show or hide spending information and counts.
New Dashboard
Every section now includes a Dashboard that provides charts and spending breakdowns so you can quickly understand your data.
- Interactive charts let you drill down into additional details.
- Ammo Dashboard now shows available rounds at the top.
Redesigned Detail Screens
Detail screens throughout the app have been redesigned so you can more quickly see the status of your items.
New Range Cards
The details screen for Firearms, Ammo, Magazines, and Accessories now include a Range Card at the top of the screen that provides quick access to important usage information, including:
- Total rounds fired
- Last fired/used date
- Quick access to log range activity
New Firearm Maintenance Card
Firearm detail screens now include a Maintenance Card that allows you to:
- Set a cleaning interval by round count
- See how many rounds remain until cleaning is due
- View the last cleaned date
- Quickly add a firearm to the maintenance queue
- Log maintenance directly from the firearm
New Ammo Cards
Ammo detail screens now include additional cards:
Rounds Availability Card
- View rounds currently on hand
- Set target inventory levels
Purchase Card
- View total rounds purchased
- Track total amount spent
- See average cost per round
- View the last purchase date
- Quickly log new purchases
